I over-intrepeted the “greetings and partings” title and I did the same with this one too. I was looking at the forum this evening, but couldn’t be bothered to register just now (though I will soon) but everything looks great. It’s amazing all the work you put into your “hobby”, the results of which I look forward to every week. So even though you say I – and others – over-interpreted these show titles, we did so because you really have a wonderful show. Thank you for it and for all the hard work that goes into it. And don’t scare us like that
You have to look beyond the title. We just put titles up that describe the thematic content of the show. I promise if/when, some day deep in the future, we pull the plug on this project, the title will be as explicit as possible to that effect.
Next weekend’s show will be a relatively short one with only me, announcing a hiatus of about a month. This is simply because we need to get our school years started and catch up on the kinds of things that other schoolteachers do during the summer. I have not been able to do many of those things, and I only have three more weeks of summer left.
I wish I could say the title made my heart skip. It is my belief that if you were ending your podcast the title would be “OUR LAST SHOW” or “thank for all the fish”. You guys are clear and spot on. I think you have the best produced podcast and marvel at your level of focus. We have done 50 shows so far and still are searching for voice and form. So thank you for your weekly beacon of podcasting light you raise the bar we will follow your led. Of course this is after an extented nap and ample ice cream.

Hi
Just a quick note to say thank you very much for playing our song “Last To Leave” on your show.
We’re working on our second album at the moment, and we hope it will be ready this year.
Cheers
Alastair

I noticed that during the show you were talking about “killfile” and one thing struck me.
You mentioned the FAQ (F-A-Q) on a website. I’m not sure what the official word is, but I usually hear that word pronounced as an abbreviation, not an acronym (did I get that right?). Anyway, it just sounded out of place to hear “F-A-Q” instead of FAQ (fak).
Love the show,
Bob
